Gernelle was very punctual throughout our home buying process. She was courteous as we toured homes, actually allowing us space and time to take in the home and property on our own. She was always reachable via text at any day or time! She even worked during her spring break with her kids to make sure we closed on our first home! She was always able to be present for anything we could not make due to conflicting work schedules. She always made it a point to let us know she would counter/respond/relay whatever we desired. We are very thankful for all the help she gave us during our first home buying process!

Gernelle has been wonderful through this entire process. She sacrificed her personal time to be our eyes and ears in Florida during non standard working hours. Her professionalism is unmatched. Gernelle visited 3 cities to view, photograph and record models of homes to help us pick out our dream home. She even used Face-time to show us homes when we were unable to be present. Gernelle is the true meaning of a professional, Our home literally sold in hours, and thorough and too our surprise 100 percent up front about everything.
