We were out of town clients and from the 1st day of engagement over the phone, we were quickly impressed with her level of experience, how personable and attentive she was and her responsiveness. After explaining our particular interests and timeline, she was quick to kindly accommodate our needs on short notice and lent her expertise in finding desirable listings that fit our wishlist. Gerri knew the areas, and really made our buying experience exceptional. We came from out of state and did not know the area at all, Gerri did. She took an entire 2 day period to drive us around looking at various areas and houses. We were not yet ready to buy. Gerri kept in touch and when we sold our home out of state she was ready for us when we flew into town.This was a very stressful time, however Gerri knew lenders, inspectors, etc. Gerri made the whole experience easier and exceeded all of our expectations!
