Gerry helped sell my condo, and helped me buy a home. He is super responsive over email, which I really appreciated. He always followed up via email and/or phone about things we needed to do, and kept me and everyone else on track. I never had to worry about forgetting deadlines, if I needed to do something, etc. So both selling and buying were both made to be very easy processes.
