Over the last 6 years Gershon worked as the Business Development Officer for Universal Business Advisors, a business consulting firm with a focus in finance. One of his main responsibilities included working with clients one-on-one to help them finance their businesses, requiring a keen understanding of customer service, finance, and loans. He was consistently a top performer for the company while also winning their Customer Service Award four times, from 2015 to 2018. In 2019 he decided that Real Estate was his true passion and joined the Allison James team.
