Gianna Amneteg

With a flair for the creative, Gianna leverages an innovative approach to both sales/marketing and design, providing what she likes to call a "distinctive approach to home" for each of her clients. Her keen eye lets her uncover opportunities that others often miss. Gianna's more than 11 years of success as a real estate agent have been garnered through an ability to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the housing market and emerging trends during the highs, the lows and everything in between. Additionally, her experience working in the wholesale lending industry contributes to her nimble approach. Like many others, Gianna is transplant to the Milton area and considers herself a southern belle in training. When not sourcing just the right home for her clients, you can find her preparing gourmet meals and pairing the perfect wine with her epicurean delights. She lives with her husband, son, their two dogs and enjoys donating time at the local Hospice organization and her son's school.
