On the selling side, her marketing strategy was great, the price determination was right on, and she made the escrow process as stress free as possible for us. Jamie helped us in every possible way he could buying our house. He made his schedule around ours (were out of state) to show houses. Once we decided on the house we wanted to place a bid on, he worked quickly and efficiently to make sure that everything was worked out from start to finish.
