  • Gina helped me buy a home

      I don’t think that the inspector that was hired to do the inspection on my home was correct. There were a lot of things wrong with the house that the inspector did not catch and that we are still dealing with today in 2018 that could have been taken care of before we purchased the home. I believe the AC unit could have been negotiated in the price of the contract for the home sale. We should have renegotiated the price to get them to put in the AC unit and we should have hired our own inspector to do the job but Gina is knowledge of helping us find a home was great we appreciate the effort put into the nine months of searching. We built a friendship over the purchase of my home.
