I highly recommend working with Gina if considering a property in Maui. I have previously purchased 7 investment properties in other states and I consider myself familiar with the process. I can say that from all the real estate agents that I worked over the years, Gina has been the best. After discussing with her about my options and becoming familiar with the market, I was particularly interested in a condo project in Kihei. Since there were no units available on the market that would fit my preference at that time, she took the initiative of contacting the owners by mail to see if anyone was interested in selling. This proved to be a success! Gina also communicated frequently during the purchase process, make sure that we met the contract deadlines, coordinated inspections, and even provided a detailed schedule of the transaction milestones. I don't live in the island so having someone with her knowledge and dedication is fantastic.
