Tuesday, February 14th, we received the best Valentine's Day gift of all....we closed on our townhome. We could not have done it without Gina Roberts with Keller Williams. With her knowledge, experience, commitment, research/hard work, and compassion we were able to purchase the perfect townhome to make our own. She was setting up open houses, even driving through a snow storm, and asking our thoughts to make sure we were truly choosing the right home for us. Gina walked us through step by step, making sure we not only received every document but also understood them. After receiving the sellers final approval, we closed within two weeks. Even through a few obstacles she was also our cheer team trying to keep the worries low and our spirits high. She also fought for us for the perfect price. Gina continues to be by our side to make sure we are remembering everything we need to do when moving to another city. She also was at our closing to make sure it went as smooth as possible. Thank you again Gina for helping us make our dream come true! You are AMAZING!
