Let me paint a picture! I am a first time homeowner with a fair credit score a tight budget and a not so flexabile schedule. Gina overcame every obstacle put in her way. I receive a pre-approval from my lender the end of December..looked at countless homes and I was about to give up, but Gina assured me we would find my home, and we did!! On December 31rst New years Eve( YES!! New Years Eve and did I mentioned she also showed me a home on Christmas Eve as I said, I have an almost unflexiable schedule and was on a tight time frame she accommodated me in ever way) I close less than 30 days later thanks to Gene.
