A+ We were blessed to have Ginny as our Realtor. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable. She attended our needs with diligence and great follow up and far exceeded any experience that we have had in the past with Realtors. She knows the communities very well and never hesitated to follow-up. She's quick to respond to questions and all other issues as they came up...always seemed to be a step ahead of us! Very patient and worked with us for months before we found the property that met our needs

Outstanding dedication to customers! When we found Ginny we had a lot of doubts about the process or even the house we wanted/could afford. Between House searches it took us nearly 2 yrs to finally settle for one and Ginny was with us the whole way. She is very detailed oriented to the process and always made us feel she had our best interest in mind. She will make sure you’re not alone in the process and will find and answer for any question you may have. We later decided to move and rent the house, again Ginny guided us thru the process and gave us her best advice moving forward. Ultimately after almost 5 yrs, we decided to sell the home. We couldn’t be present yet Ginny took over the process and within 10 days found a buyer. We were very pleased with the deal and very fortunate to meet Ginny in the first place, as she exceeded our expectations since day one. Her outstanding expertise as a real state agent it’s only shadowed by her amazing virtues as a human being

Ginny is amazing!! She is extremely knowledge and made our selling process easy and understandable. When one contract fell through, we had an even better one within a week. She stayed on top of the details and kept us informed every step of the way. Not only is she a true professional, she is an extremely kind person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Ginny is the best, we lived in Georgia while our home in Fredericksburg was being built. Ginny kept us informed throughout the whole process and negotiated upgrades for the home for us. She made sure the builder was doing what they were supposed to do. She helped us find a home inspector who was great and gave us a good deal. She answered all of our questions quickly even before we met her. She knows all the questions to ask and what should be in the contract, for example she made sure we had the mineral right to our property and informed us on radon testing. The sales rep for the builder didn't even know the answers to her question, she is sharp when comes to real estate laws in Fredericksburg area, she also lives in the area, so she gave us recommendations on places to eat, shop and enjoy. I would recommend her to anyone and use her again if the time arose
