It's rare to come across a dedicated, professional and knowledgeable realtor. Giovanna takes the cake! After dealing with money hungry realtors who would ignore our calls, never followed up and gave us excuse after excuse, luckily, Goey came along and provided us with great service. Miami is similar to New York City, where properties are rented real quick! She found us our current home where we are renting and made sure to provide us with utmost care through the process. It was perfect for us. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned prior to us moving in (due to the owner's lack of care). We had to clean it ourselves. Goey was nice enough to provide us with a credit towards cleaning supplies. She is absolutely wonderful and I can wholeheartedly say I have never had a better experience. My boyfriend and I refuse to go with anyone else. We plan on purchasing our first home and will be calling Goey up real soon.Do not think twice. Goey will take care of you! Highly recommended. :)

Giovanna is simply AMAZING. When my husband and I decided to finally take the step to purchase our first home, we knew Gio would be the perfect fit from the moment we had our initial meeting. I loved how she explained every step of the process, and was always prepared with options on inspectors, lenders, and insurance agents. Everyone she works with provides the same type of excellent service. Through this home buying process, we learned to always expect the unexpected; Specially when dealing with these supposed "investors". But never did I imagine how much work and dedication she would put towards finding the right home, and guiding us through the closing process. Gio was there every step of the way, and patiently guided us through the good, the bad, and the UGLY. She's super efficient, organized, honest, charismatic, and FUNNY! Lol. Most important of all, she genuinely cares about her clients, and always has their best interest at heart. All of my million questions were always quickly answered(even during evenings and weekends), and she always made sure to follow up to ensure the other parties did their part. There's no other realtor I would recommend :)

My lease was a month out from ending and I still had not found a place to rent. My roommate and I were searching realtors in the Kendall area, but we had bad experiences with most of them. We were under a rough timeline and weren't sure if this would go well, but then we met Giovanna we knew were going to make it since day one. Because we were on a short timeline, we had to scramble for the paperwork, and regardless of where we went or what we needed she was with us in every step of the way, and when she wasn't available to help us, she always made sure one of her colleagues was stepping in for her. Even while she was away on a trip she made sure we kept up with the deadlines and negotiations. I can't say enough about what a thorough, caring and totally dedicated professional Giovanna is!! My husband and I and our 2 dogs were looking to relocate to Miami for 6 months with the option to extend to one year. Renting with 2 dogs is never easy, add in the short time frame and it's virtually impossible. Giovanna rolled up her sleeves and made the impossible a reality! She was always a text, phone call or email away. When an initial scouting trip to Miami didn't land a suitable location, she went the extra mile visiting and taking fantastic videos of additional properties as they came available. Honestly, I don't know how we would have found our place without her help in navigating the tricky Miami rental market. As well as being a truly fantastic real estate consultant, you simply can't find a nicer, more genuine person!!
