A week and a half ago, I called Gisenia to schedule a viewing. Unfortunately my fiancee miss the viewing she had that day. I was able to get in touch with her immediately after he told me, and was able to reschedule for Saturday private viewing. Very considerate of her!! :) When I arrived, Gisenia was already there and showed us the apartment with ease, great energy, as well as a sense of humor. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, that I actually thought she was too good to be true. Before I started, I told her my situation, which she took with stride and spoke in full confidence that this apartment can accept my application. I instantly became confident and she provided me with an application and explained all of the documentation that was necessary. Tuesday, we met again to submit the paperwork. That Friday morning, Gisenia called to inform me that we were approved for the apartment! On Wednesday, We met with the property manager and now have the keys to our new apartment! I am ecstatic and relieved. I am truly grateful for fast, quick process and confidence in me and my fiancee. Truly thank you for giving us our new beginning
