Patient, honest, kind, Patient, trustworthy, respectful, and did I mention Patient? These are just a few words to describe Joe as a realtor and more importantly as a person. I met Joe randomly at an open house when I started my home search, and we clicked right away. Once he heard what I was looking for we began a long search in a very bizarre marketplace. Over the next 5 months or so he patiently took me on tour after tour of houses and never once pushed me on something that I didn’t feel was right for me, even if he knew there was nothing wrong with the house. He treated me with respect and kindness and felt as bad as I did as we got outbid on several occasions. There were a few times I wanted to throw in the towel, but Joe’s determination and positive outlook kept me in the game and I’m so glad I did. I’ll be closing on a house this week that I truly love and am so happy. Once our offer was accepted, he made sure everything that needed to get done and get us to closing was done, quickly, efficiently and with as minimal fuss to me as the buyer as possible. Joe also comes with an amazing contact list, need a Lawyer, no problem, a great home inspector, you got it, a roofer you say, well here you go. Every single person he referred me to was top notch and so incredibly nice and easy to work with. Everything that Joe did for me from the search to the closing has always been in my best interest. I can honestly say that he cared about me, my needs and made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of in any way. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He is the best of the best!!
