First and foremost, I will like to make it clear that I don't think Mrs. Toomer intentionally recommended a bad deal, but SHE DID NOT DO HER RESEARCH. She admitted she has little to no knowledge of an Act Of Credit Sale, but that was after the necessary documents were signed. Mrs. Toomer stated the buyer's Realtor assured her that the buyer is 'TRUE TO HIS WORD", Wellllllllll, the Act Of Credit Sale was signed in September of 2018 and the buyers' checks have been BOUNCING since November 2018. I have no knowledge of selling or buying houses, so I went to the experts......SO I THOUGHT. So, I'm left with spending money to get and attorney. Beware!!!!
