Our goal was to retire from the Salt Lake City area to the Scottsdale/Fountain Hills area. We didn't know a realtor, but Glen Groetsch was recommended to us based upon his sales record. It was indeed a process trying to find a home from another state. We looked at homes three different times over a period of two months. Each time, Glen had a list of over ten homes, had scheduled times to view each home, and had current information on each home. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and obviously very experienced. When we found the home we loved, he was able to negotiate the final price, closing dates, and inspections expertly.
