I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 30+ years and have worked full time in my current market for 19+ years. I’m pleased to have handled 500+ real estate transactions with a total value in excess of $175 million. I am also an active real estate investor, owning rental properties and having ‘flipped’ several homes. I believe owning real estate, when done properly, is a great way to build your net worth & create monthly cash flow. I work with investors to identify, buy, rehab, lease and sell properties.
