Glenn Janda

Glenn Janda became a licensed Realtor in 2002 and works with PorchLight Real Estate Group as Realtor, Broker Associate. At PorchLight Real Estate Group, he helps people buy, sell and rent their residential real estate. He is experienced in all aspects of residential real estate - working with Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Landlords. He helped people buy and sell resale homes, new construction, short sales, foreclosures HUD, VA, rental properties, fix-and-flips, relocation to and from Denver Metro, and has represented banks. He began his real estate career in 2002 and while preparing to get his license, he worked for a local Realtor touring neighborhoods and visiting about 100 homes per week to provide information on the neighborhood and properties so they could purchase properties to fix-and-flip or to rent.
