My husband and I were looking for a vacant lot on the water in Punta Gorda, FL to build a house on in the future. My Mom decided to purchase the lot inside her trust for us so it will pass to us on a stepped up basis when she passes. Pina and Gordon work as a husband wife team.They were recommended to us by a friend.We came down to Naples to find a purchase a house/condo/villa.But we were not familiar enough with the area or the housing market to make an informed decision.We had a short time period to hunt and find our place.
