I have done numerous real estate transactions over the years, and I have to say, Grace Bonaccorso, makes it to the top of my list for realtors! She is personable, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. No text or email went unanswered. She is helpful and made the process seamless. She went above and beyond all my expectations handling my real estate transaction in Venice, FL. Thank you Grace for an excellent experience. My husband and I took a trip to Florida (from Iowa) in February with the intent on narrowing down where we wanted to settle after his retirement in approximately 3 years. We decided on Sarasota, and contacted Grace (we found her here, based on other reviews), letting her know that we weren't "ready" to buy, but wanted to ask questions. Grace was very accommodating, letting us know that she would be happy to work within our time frame. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and answered all our questions. And she showed us (on her laptop) 3-4 properties that fit our criteria, including one in a fabulous neighborhood that fit us perfectly. So perfect, that we put in an offer just a few hours later. Grace was helpful through the entire process, being our voice and face while we were working from Iowa, doing our final walk through, and handling all of the local questions on our behalf.
