Grace Sun rented a house to us on 471 Valley View drive. She was completely unresponsive to us on repair work, and after 30 days, she did not even return our security deposit of $2,500, even though we gave her our forwarding address when she requested it, and she had it 8 days before the 30 days were completed. Grace is the best agent I have ever worked with! She is very professional and a expert in this business. Grace is always willing to give us honest, trustworthy, reasonable and market-based advices. She treats the interest of her client as the top priority, which is actually rare as naturally agents' first priority are there commissions. When we were trying to sell our house, we were not able to stage the house as we are still living there. She visited our house several times and provided us with many decoration items to make our house as appealing as possible without interrupting our daily life. In the end, we were able to sell the house for 50k more than what we expected and quoted by another agent 2 weeks ago. I would highly recommend her to anyone living in the Dallas area. Grace is the best realtor. She is very experienced and reliable. She helps us sell our house in 4 days and she takes care of all the tough things. We just move out of Dallas, but we will be asking Grace again to be our realtor to buy an investment house and manage the rental process.

WE HAVE A EIGHT MINUTE VIDEO OF EveRYTHING ThAT wE did in that house.PrioR tO MOVING OUT NO DAMAGES WERE DONE IN THE 3 YRS.WE RENTED THE HOUSE AND TOOK CARE OF IT LiKE it wAs our oWN... waLLS weRE PAINTED BASEBOARDS. WASHED, AND THEN SHE'S GONNA SAY SEEING SHE GOT A NEW TENANT BECAUSE WE PURCHASED A HOUSE.. SHE'S KEEPING OUR DEPOSIT. I HAVE A TEXT FROM HER STATE and DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND THEN WE GET A CERTIFIED LETTER STATING SHE'S KEEPING IT. WE REPAIRED THE FENCE THAT WAS AT THE PROPERTY. PAID FOR THE WOOD, THE NAILS AND THE LABOR AND NEVER CHARGED HER. AND THEN SHE'S GONNA KEEP OUR DEPOSIT WHEN SHE ALREADY GOT SOMEBODY IN THERE. RENTERS BEWARE ***
