- Grace showed me homes
Grace does not respect privacy or the lease contract terms at all. She would regularly try to schedule showings with less than 24 hours of notice, usually texting me the same day of showing. This occurred several times, she would also leave the lights on when the showing is done. When we moved out, she charged us an extremely unreasonable cleaning and repainting fee that was 35% of our deposit. Stay away, she does not have tenant's interest in mind. we always paid our rent on time but when a repair is needed, she does not response timely.

She helped my daughter rent an apartment (1705 Page St in Philly) and will not refund the deposit. It is past 60 days now and she does not respond back and seems to be absconding. Beware of her!
She's extremely knowledgable and experienced, and provided guidance and insight during the whole process. She is always professional, patient, and very responsive, often answering all of our phone calls, and our emails within minutes of us pressing 'Send'. She always made time for doing showings, and provided lots of support. Grace has been a pleasure to work with and it has been really nice that from the very beginning she was like a friend rather than an agent trying to make a sale. I will definitely recommend her to anyone!--
