Dada is a consummate professional that provides best in class service. I am a real estate investor so I have experience working with a number of agents and after working with her and her team on a recent multi-unit purchase, I can say she will be my North Central Florida agent moving forward. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a colleague or friend.

In the process of working with Dada McGlynn as a realtor, I have found her to be exceptionally helpful. She showed me numerous office suites meeting my needs when we began, and she was very helpful with banking contacts for the mortgage, and in furnishing and painting the office suite I bought. She has also been instrumental in helping direct prospective clients who have rented office space in the office suite I purchased. I wholeheartedly recommend Dada McGlynn as a realtor.

I have Known Dada McGlynn for over 10 years. She helped me buy my first home in Gainesville and later to sell it and buy my second/forever home (family increased and needed more room). She is proactive, experienced, very knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, understands the market, and always looking for the best option for you (especially when you introduce a budget you don't want to exceed). We put our house on the market and a did not budge for 6 solid months. The day that Dada Mcglyn became our realtor, within 24 hours she had a buyer. My wife and I have never seen such diligence and expeditious marketing for a house to be sold like we experienced with Dada. Truly Unbelievable!!

I can't say enough about Dada McGlynn. When we were trying to sell our previous home by owner (which we've done before), she brought potential buyers and never made us feel inadequate. She showed our home with enthusiasm and nearly had it sold before an injury to one of our children led us to postpone the sale. She put us in touch with a great mortgage person that was top-notch in handling all details once we were ready to move. The respect and professionalism Dada showed made her the clear person to call. She knows her stuff and is so personable. We purposely didn't rely on our realtor friends as we have several and didn't want to offend anyone. Although she began outside of our circle, Dada quickly became a trusted friend. We will definitely call her again!

From moment I emailed her to express my interest in the house to the day of closing, Dada was there every step of the way! She was outstanding - very knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and honest. Introduced me to the best team that took care of my finances/title and even recommended a great handyman. She is attentive to detail and caught typo in closing contract. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants a caring person to help them find a house - shes simply the best realtor in Gainesville! Dada and her team were truly helpful in the entire buying experience. Dada was very responsive, answering all our queries and ensuring the process ran smoothly by facilitating the conversation between all involved parties and making sure all tasks were completed in a timely manner. She made time for us, to be present in person or over the phone, whenever we requested. This is the second time we have hired Dada to buy a home. Both times involved building a home. Her knowledge and experience was a huge help through the process. She was able to help us customize a building plan that met our needs and budget. She also advised us how we could minimize our initial property taxes, helping us save more money during the first year. Buying and building a home is typically a stressful time. Dada was always there to help us through it. If we ever have to sell/buy a home again, we would definitely hire her again.

Dada was a great help to me in selling my home. My home had some challenges both in the marketing and in the sale and we definitely had to navigate some issues and even had a contract fall through. But through it all, I never felt like Dada didn't have my back and in the end, I got my house sold. I would definitely recommend Dada to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Dada was an absolute dream to work with in the recent purchase of our home. As first time buyers, navigating the local market was confusing and intimidating, but Dada made everything easy and helped us with all aspects of the home buying process from her direct real estate duties to helping us secure financing, appraisals, inspections, and other services. Dada is professional, incredibly dedicated to her work, and exceptional at making buyers feel comfortable and knowledgeable. She is compassionate and kind, and was fierce for us when or first potential lender strung us along and ultimately didn't work out. When this happened, she was able to find us a new lender and close on our home in less than 3 weeks, all so we wouldn't end up homeless in the new year. We already know if we ever sell this house who we will go to for help--Dada is really all we could have hoped for in our real estate agent!!

I'm excited to write this review as today we closed on our new house with assistance from the one and only Dada. What can I say about this incredible human being - she is extremely knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Dada provided excellent communication, expertise, wisdom and guidance along every step of our home search and purchase process. She was always responsive to our changing needs, likes and dislikes. Moreover, when it came to finding our house, she gave us the correct guidance to stick out from other buyers and win out the offer battle. I know exactly who to look to whenever we consider buying again or when a family member or friend is ready to find their home!

Very helpful in a long distance purchase we were 15 hour drive away keep us informed on each step of the process and dealing. Helped make sure all little things were taken care of and dealt with . Would definatly use her again for another purchase or sale.

Mrs. McGlynn is state of the art when it comes to the use of technology to sell a home. Customer service is a priority and she has staff that help fulfill that obligation. She's easy to work with, responsive, personable, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I'd "hire" her again in a heartbeat and have already referred potential customers to her.
