Graham picked up this project as the 2nd Broker we had. We were very happy and excited with the enthusiasm and vigor at which he marketed the property. He stayed the course in spite of some weak-kneed buyers and got the job done! He was consistently motivated, knowledgeable, and in tune with our needs and the current market. Graham was nothing short of amazing when working with us to an our move from the city to the western suburbs. We met with him in the fall for a move the following spring.
