REALTOR, PRINCIPAL BROKER, CERTIFIED PRE-LICENSING INSTRUCTOR. Graham Green has been working in Real Estate nearly his whole life. Originally following his Father around the office and eventually joining him in business in 2001. In 2006 he got his Brokers license, grew the business and joined forces with Champion Homes Realty. After helping expand their business into Maryland and DC and selling an average of 200 homes per year over the past 3 years, he has now opened his own firm, Green Tree Realty. In addition to listing and selling homes, Graham also spend time teaching agents how to navigate the ever changing Real Estate world. Both his father and grandfather lived by the adage, "Large Enough to Serve You, Small Enough to Know You." What that means to Graham is that Green Tree Realty can still compete with the big guys and give you the majority of the same tools, but happy customers and clients are more important.
