My name is Graham Klemm and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut and New York with my family firm, Klemm Real Estate. My area consists of 26 charming towns and villages in the Northwest region of Connecticut. It is less than 2 hours to Manhattan, but worlds away once you are here. Litchfield County is known for its classic villages, properties with privacy and views, lack of commercialization, strict zoning, low taxes, antique shops, congestion-free roads, clean lakes and great quality of life. There are numerous fine public and private schools, golf courses, thousands of acres of land trust and year-round activities. I have grown up in this area and have been actively selling real estate for since 1995. I am now one of the top producers in Litchfield County. Though I grew up in Washington, CT, I now live in Sharon, CT.
