Buying anything during The Great Pandemic of 2020/2021 was a challenging process, let alone a home for a pair of first-time homebuyers. We had previously scoped out locations and knew the condo building that we were interested in, but needed help in deciding which unit(s) to make offers for. We reached out to Grant to help us with this, and he was able to show us the different listings and help make a offers for the units we settled on. Grant was super helpful throughout the entire process, from offer to contract to closing, and everything in between.
