After meeting with a number of realtors, choosing Grant to list our home was a no-brainer. While most realtors came to our initial meeting with a price in mind for our home sight-unseen; Grant took the time to view the property first, and then came back a second time with an extremely thorough multi-page analysis of the comparable properties in the area. Having lived in our home for over twenty-five years, it was clear that Grant was as well-versed in the neighborhoods of the area as we were (which was very important to us) and he was able to point out all of the nuances of what both helped and hurt the value of our house many of which had not occurred to us in the slightest. When it came to marketing our house, Grant was extremely flexible, provided a professional photographer who took excellent pictures along with providing different options for our flyers, and was willing to accommodate as many open house dates as we wanted; additionally, our house was listed on every real-estate website known to man. Once our listing went live and we began to field offers, we ended up selling for $15,900 above asking price with minimal concessions given to the buyers - a pretty sweet deal if you ask us. And when it came to making the minor repairs that we agreed to, Grant had contractors for each job on tap and coordinated the work seamlessly. We couldnt have asked for more from a realtor!
