My husband was transferred from Colorado to Texas. While he had to be in Texas for work, I stayed behind to sell the home. Initially, I listed my home with another realtor. My home was on the market for 9 months and did not sell. I was ready to get to Texas and decided to rent my home. That, in itself, turned out to be a nightmare.
