- Greg and I connected, but did no business
He was very un professional and intimidating. Also, made threats to have a lawyer to sue us when closing date was two weeks later. He should lose his license. His family was buying the house and the lease was up so they didn’t have nowhere to go. We were bullied into closing and rushing. Now that I have research him he has lots of negative reviews. He didn’t excel his grade was unsatisfactory.

This guy doesn't communicate well to people he is attempting to do business with. I had a client put in an application pay him and his wife's fee for them not to get any feedback on their application and for him to basically steal their money and not get back to them. This guy basically commits fraud as a Real Estate Agent/Property Manager.. This guy should have his Real Estate License Revoked by the NC Real Estate Commission.
