Greg assisted me with selling my old home and purchasing a new home all within 5 months. My old home was sold in 8 days as well! Greg was incredibley helpful in our home buying experience. He showed us many homes taking up a lot of his time, he was always willing and ready to go on the hunt with us. We bid on a short sale and got the home and lost it during negotiations, Greg was always prompt and timely with any information he had. We then saw a home that we loved and were advised to immediately put an offer in knowing the house was going to move fast. Greg got our offer in and was in communication with the selling agent within hours advising us there were other bids so to make our best offer. We got the house and closed within 6 weeks. I recently purchased my first home with the help of Greg Lussier. My main concern was to find a home before the 8k tax refund expired. Greg did an amazing job finding multiple homes in my area/price range for us to view on every showing. Many of the homes were bank owned but he always had detailed information on them.
