Since my parents are both Realtors I have been in real estate essentially my entire life! Whether buying, selling, investing or managing real estate ... I know it! I live it! And I love it! My first jobs were helping to take care of my parent's investment property portfolio and through that, they taught me from an early age the value of home ownership: a place to call home as well as all of the other fantastic financial benefits of owning real estate! My wife, Andrea, and I bought our first home in 1994 and have owned rental properties ever since! We have bought and sold many homes together learning along the way what truly matters to buyers and sellers! I became a real estate appraiser in 1993 and then obtained my Broker's license in 1997.
