I am the Original Buyer Agent in Texas! After I started in the Residential Real Estate business, I noticed that ALL of the other Agents only represented Sellers! This really bothered me, as I knew that it was the Buyers who made it all happen! Upon getting my Real Estate Brokers License, I opened the very first Residential Buyers Agency in the State of Texas! Finally I was able to give the Buyers what they deserved - unlimited Representation! A few years late I brought Buyer Agency to the airwaves! I hosted the Homebuyer Helper Show on 1190 KGBS in Dallas, Texas! From this vantage point I was able to bring the concept of Buyer Representation to the Public, and 6 months later the State of Texas inaugurated Dual Agency, later called Intermediary. This means that the Brokers now can represent Buyers - and Sellers at the same time! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I only represent YOU, the Buyer! My Loyalty is to ONLY YOU!
