Greg was great to work with when going through the process of buying my first home. He was always available for any questions I had and seemed to always keep my best interest in mind. After the home purchase was complete Greg has continued to follow up with me for holidays and my birthday via the phone and mail. Greg is awesome! My husband and I worked with him to find our first home, and he did everything he could to make it as quick, easy and painless a process as possible... I'd heard so many house-buying horror stories that I was a little worried, especially since we didn't really know what we were doing, but Greg completely put us at ease. When I found a house on Zillow I really loved, Greg replied to my email within half an hour or so, set up a time to go see it that evening, drove all the way from Aurora out to Conifer with us to see it, and stayed up late getting all the offer paperwork in that night. A little over a month later, and we just moved into our dream home! Along the way he did so much to make things simple for us and keep the bank moving along to close, and recommended great lenders, inspectors, etc for us.I could not recommend Greg Livingston more, and will absolutely come to him for any future home purchases, and will send anyone I know who's looking to him. Greg , was a breath of fresh air. I had some bad experiences with a previous sale of another property. Even though, he was going through a terrible personal problem (death of father ) he or his assistant was there to help and answer any questions.I was very impressed when i was interviewing realtors. First, Greg sold our home for over the listing price within a day by only doing an open house. He also helped us to stay positive when buying a home took much longer than expected, and helped to coach us through 5 denied offers, ultimately finding our dream home with the 6th offer. He used his extensive knowledge of the realestate industry to help navigate through a housing market that seemed to change by the hour (where there were no less than 8 offers on every house we put an offer in on), and was available every time we wanted to see a house last minute (and we looked at around 30 homes!). I highly recommend Greg as he played the game well by knowing when to push and when to give a little time to the sellers. We fully believe that he helped us win when our offer was accepted.
