After having several disastrous experiences with people calling themselves real estate agents, I was dreading having to go through the experience again with my mother's home. I did a search of the "Best Real Estate Agents in Boca Raton" and Gregg Lynn came up on several lists. I sorted from the LOWEST rating and was impressed that EVERY ONE of the 62 reviews I read rated Gregg 5 STARS, and "highly likely to recommend!" I thought those reviews were too good to be true but I would have to agree with every comment that was made (and I read them all). Greg Lynn is the consummate real estate professional. He listened to my family's wishes for the sale, put together a unique selling strategy,guided us on pricing the house well, and did his homework on the property to anticipate and avoid any potential issues. He brought us several offers and advised us on our options. Greg was unbelievably responsive, answering texts and phone calls within minutes, which I found astounding considering he that he has a LOT of listings. It felt like we were his only client. He was also very patient in completely addressing our many questions and concerns. In the end, Greg was successful at finding the perfect deal that checked off every item we had on our wishlist for the sale. If anyone asks me if I can recommend a good Real Estate Agent, I can say "Just one, Gregg Lynn.

Greg was so helpful with this entire process. We hadn't decided to list but had meet with him in the spring to get an idea of our options. He called us in the summer and said he felt that he had a very interested buyer. He asked if he could show our unit. They made an offer and Greg made evvery phase of the sale move smoothly, even dealing with Irma! We were not on site and he did an amazing job of helping us deal with issues as they arouse.
