I've been a resident of Central Florida for 51 years and the last 25 of those years have been here in Orlando. I began my real estate career in 2002 with a large Florida-based real estate brokerage. I moved to a small boutique firm in 2006. July 2009 I started my own company, Greg Martinez Realty. While I have listed and sold homes from Deltona to the north, Reunion to the south, Lake Mary Jane to the east and Winter Garden to the west, my focus is primarily the core of the Orlando area.
