I am blessed to recently sell my town home with Greg and I can't say enough great things about him. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I am out of state and he was my local advocate. He worked with my tenant who wasn't easy. He scheduled inspections and had great advice and connections. He knew the ins and outs and hung in there with me when my first buyer got cold feet. I would have NEVER sold my home for what I got it for without Greg's advice.
