Griffith Mike

Mike is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I would recommend him to anyone!! He really knows his stuff and is a true asset to the community.

He was a very inconsiderate and rude person with what he said to our agent. He entered our home without permission before settlement, and bilked us out of extra money at the time of settlement, saying his client wouldn't go through if we didn't give them an extra $2k on the day of settlement. All in all very dishonest, in my opinion. We left paints, extra tiles and hardwoods for the house in the garage for the buyers. He called my agent 30 minutes before closing and demanded we remove "that garbage" before his clients would come for settlement. Then, about 3 weeks later, his client started emailing me to ask what the colors were rooms, where to get the tiles, etc. I would never hire him personally and I would never let him represent someone were I to sell a house again. Any buyer who came to me through him would be automatically declined. While he might think his behavior benefits his clients, or somehow "protects" them, he's quite borderline unethical based on my experience with him. Even my agent said she would not work with him again.
