Gustavo and his team are amazing! He was the first agent to contact my husband and I after we had taken down our listing the first time around with another agent. We interviewed 6 other agents, as well before making our decision, and Gustavo impressed us the most with his presentation, expert advice, and for listening to our needs. We were worried we would not be able to sell our home for the price that we needed, but he consulted us on the best way to market our home, and the steps he would take to make sure we would get the right price. Mr. Timpke is very knowledgable and committed to providing excellent service. We have used his services twice in selling and buying homes for us. He assisted us with a handyman to make repairs on our recent home we sold as well as helping us with projects in our new home. 03/11/2017 When we listed the home Gustavo he provided complimentary staging services and they suggested things we never thought of and I had to it them, what a difference it made. We were out of state just after we listed the home and Gustavo and his assistant Sandy handled everything very professionally. Sandy prepared E Documents for signatures; we didnt have to scan, fax or mail documents, it was great. Gustavo does everything right. He kept in touch with us while our plans were coming together. After selling our old house in another state, and having a very bad experience, he made everything here so easy. He pointed out things we needed to know about the houses, things we would never have noticed. He was always calm, which made every decision easier. When we settled on a house, he advised us on how to bid and saved us a substantial sum; he helped to keep moving escrow along and with getting contacts for insurance. When things were going slow, just a call to Gustavo and he sped up the process again. He helped us buy our dream home and even afterwards was calling to make sure we had everything we needed. Negotiation skills:Gustavo is a cut above, not only as a realtor, but as a person. We have worked with a handful of realtors over the years but Gustavo is the best we have ever used.
