If I had to describe Guy in one word, it would be Exceptional! No matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week, Guy always responded within minutes. He was knowledgeable about everything we had questions about - and always went the extra mile to make sure he was correct in what he told us. After a few weeks, we finally found the one, and we acted quickly, and put in a fair and serious offer. Negotiations went quickly and smoothly, and we ended up getting more than we were expecting, thanks to Guys negotiation skill, and advice.
