Hamid Ali

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Hamid Ali. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place at the right location. We met with a couple of realtors before Hamid, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is very straight-forward, professional, experienced in his field and extremely hands-on (he even helped us with after the sale renovations and changes we wanted in the house) that really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, In multiple bids we won our house and thanks to Hamid who walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Hamid for that every day. No wonder he is John L. Scotts Top 1% Real Estate Agent. He knows his locations very well and works very closely with the buyers demands and price range. He made the home buying process for us less painful by being extremely responsive whenever we needed him and also by giving great suggestions. He never failed to impress me by his market knowledge. We are super happy that he helped us to buy the right house at the right location at the right time. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Hamid Ali to them!
