Dear Hampton Wilkins, I was very happy to learn that I was a chosen recipient of the DCC's 2018/2019 Wilkins & Co. Scholarship and I am writing this letter to thank you for your helpful financial support towards my education.I am a Class of 2017 graduate of Tunstall High School graduate. I chose DCC, not only because of its reasonable tuition, but for its unique programs. When I first began DCC after high school I was enrolled in the Radiology program, however for personal reasons I decided to switch to marketing specialization last semester. After I graduate and receive my marketing degree, I hope to find a career as a wedding or event planner. By awarding me the Wilkins & Co. Realtors Scholarship, I will be able to take my math, science, and health classes with complete focus. Your generous financial assistance has allowed me to be one step closer towards my education. November 24, 2017.Great Job Wilkins and Company. Hampton and the team did us a fantastic job from the first call, to the first meeting with my Mother Mary and I, to meeting the team, to listing the home and setting up Video and Pictures, all the way through the close. My mother had owned the home for about 20 years and was moving to NC to live with family. She is 89 years old and had just came out of the Hospital and Rehabilitation Facility. Hampton and his team made me, and more importantly Mary, feel very comfortable with them handling the sale of our home. The market was very slow in Danville Va, and there were more than seven hundred to eight hundred homes on the market and it was taking 6 months or more to sell your home. Hampton and the team did our comps and priced the house so we could sell it before the Holidays. We had many showings and within a week or two had two offers. We sold the home in two and a half weeks! WOW! UNBELIEVABLE!The Wilkins team then went on to handle all aspects of the close, attorneys, Cleaning, etc. They got the home ready and the buyers actually moved in early. The process had a few hitches but Wilkins and Company handled them quickly and we never really knew they even existed.We give them five out of five Stars. Excellent Job!We highly recommend Wilkins and Company for all your real estate needs.
