We started to look for a ranch house to buy, but first we have to sell a condo. We met Hans at the first visit we went, very profesional and from that moment on he help us with every detail, to get the condo prepared for open house, video and photos of the place, explained every step, we scheduled the open house, he listed the property and the very same day the condo was sold, that show us how profesional Hans is, the condo was sold almost $ 40k above asking price. The work was not done, he helped us finding our current house where we are extremely happy, again Hans guide us on location, he went above and beyond with his help to get the mortgage, helping us with the price to offer and ALWAYS getting in touch with us and available every step. We found Hans when we first wanted a private showing and chose him. We chose because of his great existing reviews. We were just testing the waters then and werent sure when we would be ready to purchase. Knowing this fact, Hans was still 100% committed to serving us and never gave us any pressure. He was always so patient and kind with us in showing us houses, and also gentle and friendly to our toddler. He thinks for our needs when going through open houses and gave us honest perspectives. After seeing a lot of houses, we were so sure that we might not even make a move for the next 3-5 years and felt bad for wasting Hans time (He never thought like that). And then, just like that, we found the perfect house! When we told Hans our last minute interest, he drove up from Cape Cod the next day to help us see the house. There were close to 20 competing offers but Hans helped us navigate through. It was the first offer we ever made to a house and it got accepted, and we did not overpay for the house. We couldnt have gotten it without Hans knowledge of the market and his friendliness and proactiveness to all parties involved. We are so thankful every time we think of this whole purchasing process. Hans checks in and sends his greetings from time to time even though it has been almost a year since we were working on the purchase. He truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase.
