August 2023:The process of selling my condo was a smooth process and this is only possible by Harjot Kaur. She executed two items the tenant's transition and selling my condo. From the time I told her that what needs to be done she has a plan to design, execute and operate till closing. She also kept me informed every step of the way. A friend recommended Harjot Kaur when I told her I was starting to explore getting an apartment in NYC (I am bi-coastal). This was last summer. Harjot educated me about the market and process in NYC, which is unique. She was respectful of my budget and we spent a couple of days looking at places in my identified neighborhoods downtown as well as in the Upper East Side which I had not considered but offered more at my price point. I was honest with her that I was not ready to rent. By December my circumstances had changed and I recontacted her to start actively searching. Within a week I had found my dream apartment.
