Harriet Maj

Harriet is wonderful. She worked with my crazy scheduled, put together lists of homes that fit my criteria in the locations I requested, and showed me what to look for. We talked so often she became a family friend and has been to my family parties over the years. She continues to be of service far after she has assisted you with your home experience. Some of the things I personally liked that she showed me was how to tell how old a roof/furnace/windows/siding/etc are on a home! I had no clue what to even look for. She would walk right in and first thing was look at the trims, windows, inside the vents, on top of the appliances, under the sinks, and every little crevice you would not have even thought to look at. She helped me get over $15,000 off of my home with things being fixed by the seller as well! I strongly recommend Harriet. In fact, I have already to my sister, who has used her, and a close friend who has used her as well and both loved her!
