- Harriett and I connected, but did no business
Harriet has poor communication ans does Not follow up with certain clients. Not only did she not give me the respect of simply doing her job with competency, she does not take pride in how she communicates, if she communicates at all. Maybe she’s not a very articulate or literate person because I never received more than a 4 worded phrase from her no matter how much information I would inquire about. I do not recommend her services for future use and would definitely look into the work ethics of Berkshire Baltimore location in general. Extremely disappointed Harriet.
