Harry Clark

Harry was exceptional at finding me a home after my divorce. He work endlessly taking me from place toplace ;never once did I feel as though he thought I was wasting his time. He gave me great advice on different things. He took me to many places . I found one I really like , but he pointed out the backyard wasnt conducive for my children. It would need to be built up. I was so happy he pointed that out to me. Then he showed me a corner house with a flat yard . It was perfect , and in my price range. It had a fenced yard for the kids , and dogs which was a plus ; since I didnt have additional funds to put a fence in. His knowledge goes far beyond selling homes. He has a picture of what is needed in his head to find that perfect home . Honestly I would have been regretting buying the home with no fence. Yet he knew my needs and redirected me to my home sweet home. Thank you Harry for finding the perfect home for myself, my children, and my dogs. You are amazing !!!!!!

Based on my input ( ideal home, budget, and ideal location), Harry provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants/needs and what type of home I might expect to find within my budget. We spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings, telling me the pros and cons of different things we seen in each community. With Harry's knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with his responses.
