Usually, when we hire professionals, our expectation is for them to take to the burden of the task at hand off of our shoulders and to offer us some kind of peace of mind. More often than not, some professionals add to the burden they were hired to take over and cause us a lot more stress due to incompetence, lack of organizational skills etc. This is why I'm in some much awe of how Harvey conducts business. He is very organized, extremely knowledgeable in the industry, communicated effectively, and addressed every thing with promptness. During the process of this transaction, we almost didn't close because of the incompetence of my loan officer. I gave up and my husband gave up but Harvey stayed positive. He reviewed all my documents, referred us to a lender and to make a long story short, we closed on 4/28. When we hit the road block with the first lender, Harvey kept all parties informed each step of the way. He was honest with the seller on where we were with processing of the loan to get everyone on the same. He believes "honesty is the only way in business" and he practices it. As a first time home buyer, the process would have been overwhelming/confusing and hard to know to when to do what. Harvey usually gave us an overview of what was next and then simplified them in steps to make it easy for us to follow. He offered guidance every step of the way.

Mr Simmons is very knowledgeable about the sale of property. He advised me on repairs, pricing, communication with my tenants, preparing for showing and much more.
