After deciding to put our house on the market, the next decision was which of many friends do we hire and whose feelings do we hurt? So we decided on a neutral party...we asked Facebook for referalls and Heather was on the list of a few we wanted to interview. We chose her right away - very down to earth, made us feel great and not pressured at all and she is fun! And 1% sellers fee saved us sooo much money. I really recommend taking advantage of the staging consult she includes and the photographer she uses is awesome. She makes herself available to answer questions along the way (I had a lot) too.
