She was very professional in her approach to selling the house, and when the house went on the market, we had an offer within 10-hours for more than we were asking. Heather is awesome! When I was buying my home she was extremely patient with my must have's and would jump through hoops to show me a house as soon as it was available. We even moved closing UP a week! When I was ready to sell I obviously called Heather. She let me know what the absolute MUST-Do's were for listing and showing without breaking my budget.
